Generate and print a pre-paid UPS shipping label provided by our system; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Pack Your Jewelry

Carefully place the items in their original Alexis Bittar packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking number; please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed once received.
